1. In what way is Filipinos cultural heritage important for us as Filipino?


- Cultural heritage is central to protecting our sense of who we are. It gives us an
irrefutable connection to the past to certain social values, beliefs customs and traditions
,that allows us to identify ourselves with others and deepen our sense of unity,
belonging and national pride.

2. Why it is important to study the Philippines cultural heritage?


- It is important to study Philippines cultural heritage because the culture is the
representation of the lifestyle and identify of the people in a country. Though, not all
cultures of the Filipinos are desirable, still they should be preserved because they have
been passed on from one generation to another generation and they have become the
identify of the Filipinos.

3. What can you say about the cultural heritage of the Philippines?
- The culture of the Philippines comprises a blend of traditional Filipino and Spanish
Catholic traditions, with influences from America and other parts of Asia. The Filipinos
are family oriented and often religious with an appreciation for art, fashion, music and
food.
4. Which among the cultural heritage of the Philippines is the most appreciated?
- The most cultural heritage of the Philippines is the Cordillera Rice Terraces. It is
outstanding example of an evolved, living cultural landscape that can be traced as far
back as 2,000 years ago.
5. How can we preserve our heritage cultural?
- The best way to preserve our cultural heritage, whatever it may be, is to share it with
others. Cultural heritage and natural history of a nation has a very high value and is
unique. It is an identity that can be introduced to the world.

- The Philippines has a very unique culture due to influences of colonization and the
surrounding countries. Filipino people are very hardworking and strive to make life
better for the next generation of their family. The melting pot theory that is evident in
this culture makes this country a vibrant, exciting and diverse place to live and visit.
