Employee Hajj and Umrah Policy

Policy Overview: This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for company-sponsored Hajj and
Umrah for eligible employees. The Company aims to support the spiritual journey of its employees by
facilitating their participation in these religious pilgrimages.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Length of Service:

 Employees must have completed a minimum of five (5) consecutive years of service with
the company.

disciplinary issues in the past two years.

Application Process:

1. Eligible employees interested in participating in the company-sponsored Hajj and Umrah

2. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in the revocation of future sponsorship
opportunities.

1. Employees must provide the HR Department with proof of their pilgrimage, including travel
documents and certification of completion.

2. Upon return, employees are encouraged to share their experiences through internal channels,
fostering a sense of unity and understanding among colleagues.

Confidentiality: All information related to an employee's application for company-sponsored Hajj or


Umrah will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Exceptions and Discretion: The company reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-
