Job Description
We are looking for Admin Officer in Rawalpindi who will be responsible for following tasks:

1. Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and
properly maintained.
2. All kind of office maintenance for employee facilitation.
3. Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material while keeping a
keen eye on budget constraints.
4. Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
5. Organize and supervise other office activities (renovation, event planning).
6. All kind of event management with company (meetings, conferences and seminars).
7. Admin officer may have to perform activities other than specified above.

Job Specification
1. Male and female both are eligible.
2. BBA, B.com or equivalent degree holder from reputable university.
3. Candidate must have minimum 2 years’ experience of working at same position.
4. The candidate must have the ability to work under pressure.
5. Candidate must be punctual and organized.
6. Candidate must have the ability to perform under aggressive deadline.
Compensation Plan
1. The selected candidate will be provided salary competitive to the market.
2. The selected candidate will be provided with medical and health compensation whenever
required.
3. If the candidate dies during service either his family will be facilitated with some amount
or any member of his/her family will be hired at any appropriate designation.
4. An amount of Rs1000 will be deducted from the salary of the employee on monthly basis
and will be given total amount in form of EOBI when his/her services will end with the
company.
5. 25% of the monthly salary of the employee will be given as the Eid benefit on Eid
occasions.
6. There will be 7 days sick leave and one month annual leave for the employee.
SOP: EVENT MANAGEMENT
Purpose
Company XYZ wants to hire employees in the finance and audit department and the
purpose of this SOP is to facilitate the admin officer in managing the Job fair in order to hire
employees to the company.

Scope
This SOP is relevant to admin officer which is responsible for the event management.

Procedure
1. Identify date, time and place of event.
2. Identify the organizers, employees involved and the stakeholders of the event.
3. Develop the contact list based on the event.
4. Identify the roles and responsibilities of the employees involved in the event management
and organizing including the event coordinator, officer for security concerns, resource
provider and finance cost handler and over-viewer.
5. Identify the hazards or risks that might affect the event including weather, traffic routes
or site checking.
6. Administering the event promotions and the marketing.
POLICY: EVENT MANAGEMENT
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework to the administrative office while
managing the events. The range of events include, job fair, individual hiring for different
companies, meeting and other events.

Objective/Scope
It is the responsibility of the administration to familiarize them with the HR consultancy
event management policy related to there are of work and execute their responsibilities in
order to complete the requirements.

Content
Event shall not he considered officially scheduled uncles:

1. Event has been approved and placed in HR consultancy calendar.


2. The specific facility or location has been reserved.

Area of Jurisdiction
This policy is applicable on the admin officer while executing their responsibilities.
