The purpose of this project is to develop a basic and easy-to-use assessment tool that measures leadership competencies
within a student organization. This project aims to enhance leadership development initiatives and provide valuable insights
into individual leadership strengths and areas for improvement. The assessment tool will help identify potential leaders and
guide their personal growth within the organization.

3. Assessment Process:
- Distribute the assessment tool to all members of the student organization.
- Provide a reasonable deadline for completion.
- Emphasize the importance of honest self-assessment to obtain accurate results.
- gather pictures (as part of documentation) of your data collection, PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE THEIR FULL NAME,
COURSE/PROGRAM, or THEIR FACES IN THE PICTURE.
4. Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect the completed assessments from the members.
- Enter the assessment data into a spreadsheet or data analysis tool.
- Calculate the average scores for each leadership competency.
