Research Title: FINANCIAL STABILITY AND ACADEMIC SUCCESS OF

TALISAY SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

The study aimed to investigate the correlation between financial stability

and academic success.

The researcher conducted a study investigate the correlation between

financial stability and academic success, specially focusing on understanding

why students tend to receive lower grades in Talisay Senior High School using

survey questionnaires. It was conducted in TSHS targeting all HUMSS students

from 5 sections which is Blake, Orwell, Hemingway, Shakespeare, Lewis as the

respondents of Grade 11 and 5 sections which is Marx, Descartes, Plato, Freud,

Herodotus as the respondents in Grade 12 to answers the item questions

needed to gather the data.

The study was about investigate the reasons behind the lower grades

obtained by students in Talisay Senior High School. Furthermore, the study

intended to explore additional factors that may influence student’s academic

performance and identify potential strategies to support students in achieving

higher grades.
