Deflanged MPFS with corroded and stiff plug MPFS Group Outlet flanges, studs and nuts

MPFS Valve trim with severe corrosion and stiff plug Severely corroded well inlet flanges, seals, studs and nuts

Recommendation Refurbish
1. Clean and refurbish valve assembly
2. Dissemble plug and seals for integrity tests
3. Change out severely corroded components
4. Install actuator or Manual Lever
5. Test, certify and redeploy to field

 Inspection of Multiport Flow Selector successfully carried out at No Cost to WAEP.

 Inspected MPFS valve shall be returned to WAEP Base in Onne
 Kindly advise on the next course of action as we are ready to carry out repair and
refurbishment on the valves.
 Delivery Lead Time to Refurbish and redeploy 3 Multiport Flow Selector Valves: 2 Weeks
 Delivery Lead Time to Refurbish and redeploy 6 Multiport Flow Selector Valves: 4 Weeks
 Quotation for refurbishment shall be sent on request
