Area of Impact: An area of impact is an area registering various degrees of damage
caused by a destructive event. This area might consist of several work sites.
Scene: A scene is an area where specific response efforts are carried out. A scene
might be divided into geographical or functional sectors.
Work Site: A work site is a physically defined space within the scene where operations
are been carried out. The work site includes the adjacent areas where the resources
and support activities of a specific response effort are located.
