TCS to Announce Third Quarter FY 2024 Results on January 11, 2024

• After trading hours - Earnings Release

Tata Consultancy Services Limited will announce its results for the Third Quarter of FY 2024,
ended December 31, on Thursday, January 11, 2024, after-market trading hours. The results
will be available on www.tcs.com.

• 17:30 hrs IST - Press Conference

The leadership team will address the media in a Press Conference at 17:30 hrs IST (20:00 hrs
SST/HKT, 12:00 hrs UTC, 07:00 hrs US ET). The interaction will be telecast live on various
business news channels and also streamed live on our website and on our YouTube channel.

• 19:30 hrs IST - Earnings Conference Call

The Company will also host an Earnings conference call at 19:30 hrs IST (22:00 hrs SST/HKT,
