London UK, India, Philippines and USA. Microtalk provides unified communications solutions globally
working with Tier-1 carriers for the last 5 years terminating their calls to business and consumers for
their campaigns, along with residential & business VoIP & Broadband services in UK. Microtalk has
about 70 call center customers globally and routes 1 M-min daily. Technology development, R&D &
NOC are managed by the Indian team in Kolkata - includes a total of 25 people team.

negotiate reduced rates to pass on to our customers. Microtalk is carrier neutral and truly

of service that our customers enjoy. At present we work with carriers who primarily provide Caller
Line Identification (CLI). This means your campaigns can comply with the regulation requirements
and help you win campaigns. Microtalk operates a 100% resilient network with no single point of
failure. We have multiple carriers, internet connections and just a single IP address for your dialler.
Local banking
We bank with HDFC Bank in India and CC Avenue for credit card, debit card and net-banking on our
customer portal.

customers all over the world enjoying our high quality service.
Account Management
You will have an Account Manager who will conduct regular service reviews, focusing on your
requirements.
Customer Service
You will be supported through our 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre. A priority telephone
number, together with a dedicated e-mail address will be provided to ensure a fast response to your
inbound enquiries. Over 85% of all inbound calls are answered within the first three rings or 20
seconds. We also offer support over Skype.
