1. Implementation Consultancy Services Pricing
Pythagoras operates a standard consultancy day rate card (in line with Local and Central
Government recommendations). Please refer to individual SFIA Rate Cards for pricing
information. Pythagoras would also be pleased to discuss any requirements for fixed price
proposals based on an agreed scope of work.

2. Pythagoras Ongoing Support Services

Pricing for ongoing support is project specific, dependant on a variety of factors including
scope of service, size of custom development, number of users, number and type of
products, time coverage etc. and therefore has to be quoted for each separate project.

3. Out of Hours Ongoing Support Services Premium

Period Rate
Monday to Saturday Overnight (18:00 to 08:00) 100% uplift on day rates
Saturdays (08:00 to 18:00) 100% uplift on day rates
Sundays 100% uplift on day rates
UK Bank Holidays 100% uplift on day rates

4. Support Services Terms & Conditions

4.1 Implementation Consultancy Services
Estimates are provided based on our understanding of your current requirements. If
however, further days are required to cover additional work, Pythagoras and the client will
agree the appropriate costs prior to proceeding work stream.
Additional days will be charged at the agreed SIFA day rate.

4.2 Payment terms

Pythagoras Implementation Consultancy Services are typically invoiced monthly in arrears

from contract signing date.
Pythagoras Ongoing Support Services are invoiced annually in advance from contract
signing date.

 4.3 Expenses
Reasonable out of pocket expenses including any travel expenses to the client’s premises are
payable in addition to the cost of the consultancy and/or training.
Pythagoras Communications Limited’s current mileage rate is £0.50 per mile.

4.4 Consultancy Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a consultancy day should be confirmed in writing to the project team.
A charge will be made based on the following scale:

Written Notice Cancellation Charge

15-20 working days 25%
11-14 working days 50%
6-10 working days 75%
1-5 working days 100%
