INTRODUCTION

Start writing with the general problem and its setting,

research gaps and other relevant information about the variables of the

study. If necessary, include citations here. Use thematic style in writing

the collected local & foreign literature and studies. Followed by the

scope and delimitations (coverage of the research in terms of location,

time, respondents, etc., and the potential weaknesses or problems with

the study, and the concepts to be investigated and those that will not

be covered in the study) and significance of the study for the students,

parents, teachers, school administration, future researchers, etc.

Enumerate these benefactors in prose. Separate these parts in

paragraphs.

Provide at least 5 citations published within the last 5 years

(2018-2023).

Add another paragraph for your theoretical framework, if

applicable. A theoretical framework substantiates the concept

surrounding your study. This is the underlying principle that makes

your study universally acceptable.

Statement of the Problem

This section contains the purpose statement and the

research questions:

1. Demographic Profile

1.1 Age

1.2 Grade Level

1.3 Section

1.4 Gender

2. Specific research question addressing the general

problem

3. Specific research question addressing the general

problem

Definition of Terms

The following terms are operationally and technically defined in this

study:

Keyword. Then start the definition here in sentence form. You have

to contextualize and localize the definition you will

provide.

Second Word. Then repeat.

Note: Alphabetically arranged

METHODOLOGY

This chapter includes the research design, instrument, locale, sampling

technique, sample size following the Slovin’s formula, data gathering procedure,

and statistical treatment such as frequency/percentage, mean, ranking. Separate

these parts in paragraphs using proper transitional devices.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

SOP1. Demographic Profile of the Respondents

1.1 Age

Insert the chart/graph here at the center

Figure 1: Age Profile of the Respondents

For this kind of SOP, you only provide a description of the

numerical data.

1.2 Gender

Insert the chart/graph here at the center

Figure 2: Gender Profile of the Respondents

For this kind of SOP, you only provide a description of the

numerical data.

SOP2. Convert the SOP2 into a Phrase to Make it a Title

Insert the table/chart/graph here at the center

Table 1: Think of a Title that Fits your Chart

For this kind of SOP, you start with the description of the

numerical data. Emphasize the trend or significant number through

ranking, mean, etc.

Then, provide another paragraph for analysis and

interpretation using the respondents’ qualitative responses. You

may say, to explain such phenomenon, one of the respondents said

that:

“My mother always tells me to

sleep early, that is why I get enough
sleep. See the format? This is single-
spaced, justified, bold, and has a wide
margin compared to the paragraphs
before and after it.”

Now, this is where you say your piece as the researcher. What can you

derive from the statement of your respondent? This paragraph measures your

knowledge about your research topic.

This last paragraph is for a citation that would substantiate your claim as

the researcher. You will reiterate a literature or study based on your RRL (Last

Name, Year).

SOP3. Convert the SOP3 into a Phrase to Make it a Title

SOP5. Output of the Study

This includes the description or overview of the outputs such as

intervention program, advocacy and awareness campaign, action cell discussion

guide, seminar matrix, instructional posters, infographics. You may also generate

your own theory to add to the body of knowledge, depending on the nature of

your question in your last SOP. In the future, researchers would cite you since

you discovered a phenomenon that has not been not unearthed before. Isn't it

exciting?

CONCLUSIONS

From the results gathered and interpreted, the researchers draw the following

conclusions:

1. The effect of eating is that it makes you happy and fulfilled in life.

2. Conclusion 2

3. Conclusion 3

RECOMMENDATIONS

From the foregoing findings and conclusions drawn, and within the scope and

delimitation of the study, the following recommendations are offered:
