ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
This is a One-day activity from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. is part of the development process
for professional growth. This DLAC will be of great help to all the Science teachers for they will be
oriented on the learning Resources in Teaching Science.

Objectives: The activity was conducted to be able to:

 Identify the learning Resources in Teaching Science
 Update the teaching strategies on the use of learning resources.

Feedback The 5th Science Department Learning Action Cell was a great helped to
Science teachers into their daily teaching.

1. Design of the Event

The 5th Science Department Learning Action Cell was designed to update the Science
Teachers on the use of learning resources in teaching science.

2. Methodology

Participants registered first, followed by a short program then the DLAC proper began,
this was followed by a Discussion on the learning Resources in Teaching Science by Mrs. Sherika
1 Mara Agbat the resource speaker of the said DLAC. Afterwards, Mr. Leo A, Pentason , Department
Head of Science gave updates and strategies on the use of learning resources in teaching science.

3. Management of the Activity

 The 5th Science Department Learning Action Cell was managed and organized by the
undersigned, Mrs.Nelda c. Pacuan.

4. Resource Person

The resource person of this activity were Mrs. Sherika Mara A. Cabutin and Mr. Leo
A.Pentason.

5. Audience Participation

The participants were the teachers and Science department Head of the Science
Department.

6. Logistical Arrangements

The organizer of the Department Learning Action Cell (DLAC) was in charge of the activity,
and the snacks.
