Personally: We can all read at one time someone taught us how.

The statement refers to the process of studying how to read. Since the
child is not yet started in studying in school, their parents serve as their
teacher to teach them how to read.
Everyone has the ability to read they just need more practice to improve
their ability and their skills

Professionally: Identifying the area where a child is struggling will

change your reading instruction.

The statement shows that we need the guidance of more professional

and experienced individual when it comes to studying how to read
because it will help us to determined which areas a person is struggling
with. We also need to assess the level of understanding of a children in
order to provide more effective way of instructions.
