Lithiasis: Several intensely echogenic foci with posterior acoustic shadowing are identified, with the largest measuring 1.46
cm.

IMPRESSION:
Cholecystolithiases with areas of mild gallbladder wall thickening; consider chronic calculous cholecystitis.
MRCP may be done for further evaluation of the common bile duct.
Hepatic steatosis.
