Job description

- Find people who are interested to sell cheap and quality fashion stuffs online is the main job
on finders.
- We have full support from customer support, technique, product and order processing.
- Our warehouse is in Paranaque city, all items selling in our APP have real stocks.
- Our price and quality is the best in the Philippines.
- All our finders need to do is to find resellers or customers and help us to spread.

There are many ways to make money on this job.

- If you are a finder, you can make yourself as reseller too. And then for each download you
made, you will get P4. If the customer registered, then you will earn another P2 at your
reseller account. If the customer buy, you will get 10% order value for you reseller account
again.
- Or if you have bigger plan, you can invite as many resellers as you can. All their download will
count to you and give you P4 each.
- Besides that, if you reach 1k or more download in a month, you will receive fixed salary. It’s
from 8k to 25k per month.
- Recently, we launched a new program for you to make money. You can also introduce finders
to us, if the finder can complete tasks in training period, you will receive P100 per task.

What if I don’t have experience?

- Don’t worry. We have coaches. They are our top finders who have earned fixed salary
already. They will teach you step by step on how to become top finders.

Training Program

Introduction

- This finder or marketer job is simple but requiring time, patience and talent. One high
performed reseller means everything.
- To help our finders to be professional and profitable in this job, we set this program.
- Our top finders will try their best to train the finders on how to achieve higher downloads
effectively, and it’s completely free.
- Our salary structure during the training time will be high. We will give enough time for our
finders.

Salary at training

- Below is our salary at training. Once you complete the task, you will receive the allowance
accordingly.
- If you can’t meet the task, we will also pay you P4 per download. Otherwise if you complete
all training tasks, the bonus will be P2 per download.

Reseller Incentive System

Introduction

- Only finders can invite people to become his/her resellers. And all resellers performance will
sum up and record as finder’s
- The finder can also become his/her own reseller
- For new finders, try to be a reseller first and spread your successful way to others.

Bonus

- For each unique registration, the bonus is P2

- For each valid order, the bonus of the order value is 10%
 Example: if a customer made an order and its value is 1000PHP, the reseller will get 100
PHP as the bonus.

Payout rules for Resellers

- A registration means a customer open the APP and register an account, this registration will
be seen as a registration.
 Notice: registration took place at website is not considered as a registration.
- Registration for each individual will only count once. All duplicate, fake or illegal registrations
will not count and may result in suspension of the reseller’s account permanently.
- Order value bonus will only count when it becomes valid. A valid order means, the order is
dispatched more than 10 days.
- Order value will not include the shipping fee of the order.
- Payout day is 5th of each month.
- Payout minimum balance is P200.
- If the bank information is invalid and result in more than once bank transfer operation, then
there will be additional P15 fee for each additional try.
- If an order is returned, lost or undelivered, the bonus of the order will be deducted in the
next payout day.
- Dress.ph has the right to modify, update or change any terms.

Recommendation Program

Introduction

- Finders can introduce others to become finders too.

- Once the finder is hired, there will be bonus for the referrer on each download the finder had
in the training period.
- Up to P400 per successful recommendation.

Bonus

- If a finder is hired and complete the first week tasks, the referrer will receive P100.
- If a finder complete the second week tasks, the referrer will receive another P100.
- If a finder complete the third week tasks, the referrer will receive another P100.
- If a finder complete the fourth week tasks, the referrer will receive another P100.
- There are up to four week training period for each finder, there will be up to P400 bonus for
each finder introduced by the referrer
- The bonus will be sent at each 5th
How to introduce finders?

- Send the application below to the people

- Remember to write your referrer login ID in the form. It’s important, it will be decided who
introduced this finder.
 The referrer should also fill up the referrer email before sending it to the potential
finders.
 We will inform you when the finder successfully registered

Finder Salary Program

Introduction

- Dress.ph has the cheapest price and the best quality in the Philippines online market.
- Once finders can set up a group of resellers, and they can continue to bring customers and
orders. Finders can sit back and earn easily.
- Dress.ph will continue to provide attractive price and items for resellers to spread easily and
therefore helping finders to gain more downloads.
- Instead of paying by purchase, Dress.ph pay finders for each download. Even after download,
the customer uninstall the APP, Dress.ph will still pay it.
- Resellers only need a smartphone to start the business. No investment requirement and no
other fees.

Salary Structure

1. Candidates will have up to 1 month trial time and during the trial time there will be an
allowance of 2000 PHP per week plus 2 PHP per download.
2. Candidates will be evaluated every day and will stop trial time when the candidates pass the
training. Then the new salary level will be applied in next month. During the trial time the
salary level is not applied.
3. Salary level:

 The downloads and orders are counted from 1 st to the end of the month and will be
gathered at each 5th of the month
 After the trial is ended, all finders will receive salary based on the salary level above.
 If in a whole month time, the finder gain 1000 or below downloads, they will receive no
basic salary, but each download will have 4 PHP commission.
 For 1001-3000 downloads or 101-300 orders in a month, the basic salary is 8000 PHP
and each download will have 2 PHP commission as well.
 The upper levels have the same computation method
4. For finders obtain downloads below 1000 per month, they can keep the finder account and
get commission as long as there are new downloads coming each month.
5. We will pay out commission to finders as long as the remaining balance is over 200 PHP.
6. A qualified finder is when finders can reach any salary level with >0 basic salary at any
 months after trial time.

Rules for Finders

- Performance is counted by the unique APP download acquisition of the finder’s resellers
within the month
- The way of download counts
 Once the reseller start posting our item or category links on their groups or pages, the
links will direct potential customers to the page in our APP.
 If the customer didn’t install our APP before, then she will be redirected to app stores
for installing.
 Once she installed and opened our app, this download will be counted to the reseller
who posted the link.
 It will also count as an install for the finder of the reseller.
 In each month, we will sum up the total installs each finder had within the month and
rank finders.
 A whole month is from 1st to the end of the month.

- During the working day, report activities you finished or doing so far at each 11:30 AM and
4:30 PM
- Failed or Delayed on report at each time will deduct half day allowance
- Report Rules
 At each 9 AM, say “login” in the chat to checkin
 At each 11:30 AM say how many inquires you received and how many links your
resellers had created.
 Example: “5 inquires, 5 links”
 At each 4:30 PM say how many inquires you received and how many registered reseller
you made this afternoon.
 Report from Monday to Friday
- For candidates during training time, there will be tasks for each day and week. Failed to
complete the tasks will result in no allowance on these day. Only downloads will be paid P4
per download.
- For new candidates, the first task is to gain 60 downloads in 3 days.
- Once the candidates end up the training, they won’t need to report, we will count
performance only based on the performance.
