PRESENTACION RUTINA DIARIA


 I wake up at 7:00 am, stretch my muscles before getting up, then i
take a shower and brush my teeth
 After 8:00 am, breakfast consist of coffe with bread or cereal
 After 12:00 pm a balanced meal including proteins (such as meal),
carbohydrates ( such as rise) and vegetables
 1:00 pm take a short break to stretch or go for a brief
walk
 3:00 pm check and organize pending tasks and
responsabilities to be completed or submitted

 4:00 pm, Take a break and enjoy a healthy


snack like yogurt and fruits
 7:00 pm, prepare and enjoy a nutritious
dinner

 8:00 pm, Enjoy watching your favorite series or


engage in other leisure activities
 9:00 pm spend time playing entertaining
internet games or watching videos

 10:00 pm Finally prepare for sleep for the next day.
