2 Tbsp, oil
¼ cup white onion, small diced
2 cups uncooked rice (do not wash)
3 to 4 cups beef stock (you may use
bouillon cube)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Parsley, chopped for garnish
(optional)

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
