This is an open letter of recommendation for Shannon Crystallyn Zhou. As the

principal of Gracia Fei Siang primary school, I am delighted to recommend her for admission to
your school and write this letter on her behalf. Shannon has been our student since she was in
kindergarten, and always ranks among the best students I have ever supervised. I recommend her
to your school very highly.
As a student, Shannon demonstrated an excellent performance both on intracurricular
and extracurricular activities. She has shown an extremely high level of intellectual curiosity,
independence and self-motivation throughout the time I have known her. Her intracurricular
achievements were maintained since she has outstanding English and Mandarin language
acquisition both in written and spoken. Shannon’s extracurricular successes were shaped
throughout her time she had in this school. She had brilliant achievement in many aspect of
school extracurricular such as music, dance, math club, and science club.
Shannon has proven herself as a bright student with lots of talents and potentials. She has
always been one of the best students in her class with an excellent academic achievement. She
can express herself in a well manner and know how to place herself in any situation. Sh e has

have ever mentored and is a talented student and person as a whole. She is able to understand
new concepts easily, and has an eager mind that seeks to understand everything she is doing. She
has a tremendous capacity for independent work and desire to better the lives of others.
