I.INTRODUCTION:

The basic accounting seminar, was held on [Feb/29/24] at [MSU-MAGUINDANAO]. The

seminar aimed to equip participants with essential accountant skills and strategies to
maximize their potential and excel in their personal and professional lives. This narrative
report will provide a detailed account of the seminar, including the topics discussed,
activities conducted, and the overall learning experience.

II.LEANING /KNOWLEDGE LEARNED:

The seminar began with an opening speech by the keynote speaker, who emphasized
the importance of effective Management accountant in today's fast-paced and
competitive world. The speaker shared personal information and insights, captivating
the audience's attention and setting the tone for the rest of the event.

The speaker talked how the important of being Management accountant. highlighting
the significance of clear and concise data in financial management/financial statements
and the income statement. Participants engaged in interactive activities, such as
answering the journals and providing a question.

III.OBSERVATION:

In other session, they talked about decision-making and problem-solving. The facilitator
presented real-life scenarios and guided participants through a step-by-step process of
analyzing situations, balancing, journalizing. The participants were encouraged to think
critically and creatively, fostering a collaborative learning environment in organization.

In addition to the undergraduate student, guest speakers, Yasser Abdulaziz N. Binsuan

shared their experiences and insights on Bookkeeping and Financial statements. Their
stories of overcoming challenges and leading successful teams inspired the audience
and provided valuable lessons on financing, balancing and perseverance.

One of the highlights of the seminar was a financial statements activity. Participants
were bring their notes / journals to experience the accountant skills. Through this
activity, participants learned the importance of the manager accompany.
The seminar concluded with a closing ceremony, where participants were awarded
certificates of completion. The keynote speaker delivered a closing speech,
summarizing the key takeaways from the day and encouraging participants to apply the
knowledge and skills gained in their personal and professional lives.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS/ SUGGESTIONS

The Basic Accounting seminar was a transformative experience for all participants. It
provided valuable insights into various aspects of management accountant, including
communication, financial statements, and the profitability of a company. The interactive
students, inspiring guest speakers, and engaging activities created a dynamic learning
environment. Participants left the seminar feeling motivated, empowered, and equipped
with the tools necessary to unlock their managers potential. I suggest on having an
enough time for this seminar, a lot of knowledge should be gained from the speaker on
how to be a manager soon.
