Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Maitemogelo Motlhabane and I reside in Taung Depot. I am writing this

letter to request a financial aid from the municipality to help me pay for my tuition fees in
my Pharmacist Assistant course at Sbuys Academy. I am currently facing a shortfall of
12 735, which consists of both the Sbuys academy and SAPC registration for year
2024.
I am enrolled as a learner basic in the Pharmacist Assistant course at Sbuys Academy.
Additionally, I have been undergoing my in-service training at our local hospital, Taung
District Hospital, since April 2023. I will be completing my first year of training in April
2024.
To continue with my studies and progress in the second year of the Pharmacist
Assistant course (post basic), I am in need of financial assistance. By receiving a
financial aid, I will be able to cover the remaining expenses and complete my studies,
allowing me to serve our community as a qualified post basic pharmacist assistant.

I am requesting support from the municipality to help cover the outstanding total of R12
740. With this aid, I will be able to continue my education, acquire the necessary
knowledge and skills, and contribute highly to the healthcare sector in our community.
The funds will be distributed towards the payment of registration of both Sbuys
Academy and SAPC, which are vital to my educational progression.

I assure you that the financial aid provided will be utilized solely for the intended
purpose. I am committed to my studies and determined to succeed in my chosen field.
The education and training received thus far have allowed me to gain extensive
practical experience, which I believe will benefit the Taung community greatly.

I kindly request that you consider my application for financial aid and provide me with
the necessary support to continue my education. Your assistance will not only be
helping me but also enabling me to give back to the community through my future
professional endeavors.
