Robbery with Homicide

Edmond Dela Cruz , 40 years old, married, resident of Kalye Sexy , Brgy. Santa
Cruz , Daet Camarines Norte , husband of the deceased Mrs. Kate Dele Cruz, reported to
this Police Office the crime of robbery with homicide. That on Kalye Sexy , Brgy. Santa
Cruz around 3:00 AM of March 4, 2024 , upon waking up and heading to kitchen to drink
water, he was surprised by an unidentified male intruder hurriedly escaping through the
window while holding their bags, cellphones and other items of value probably for
purposes of monetary gain, while his wife is lying on the floor in a pool of blood. He
didn't manage to captured the suspect but as he attended for his wife's first aid ,her wife
during her last breath was able to pinpoint the identity of the robber.
