On August 10 at 9:15 pm, Ms. Carmelle D. Masala, 36 years old, a resident of

#034 Santiago Street, Brgy. Cagbunga Gainza, Camarines Sur, appeared before this
office to report a robbery incident in which his house was entered by unknown
person who stole their valuables.

According to the complainant she was asleep in her residence on August 9,

2024, around 11:30 at night. While she was in the middle of her sleep, she heard a
noise allegedly coming from the kitchen. Carmella was distracted and woke up, but
she ignored it because she thought it was just her cat. The second time she woke
up, she heard a loud crash and footsteps coming from their living room. She
immediately rushed and checked what caused it and there she saw an open cabinet
containing jewelries and cash money with undetermined amount. When She was
able to turn on the lights, there was an unknown person at the front house wearing
bonnets and currently preparing to leave the house with a motorcycle.
