SITTING ARRANGEMENT – PARTIAL MODIFICATIONS

The following partial modifications are made in the Sitting Arrangement in the

Principal Seat at Madras w.e.f. 20.10.2023.

Principal Seat at Madras

I. Hon’ble Dr.Justice D.Nagarjun will sit single and take up Writ Petitions relating

to Labour and Service – from the year 2013 to 2016.

II. Hon’ble Mr.Justice K.Kumaresh Babu will sit single and take up Writ Petitions

relating to Labour and Service – up to the year 2012.
