Introduction
Good day, AutoCAD Incorporated! I am Khris Jose Jr L. Deala, and I am applying on your
company as your new Architectural Technician.
Type of Profession
I am a licensed architect with two different master’s degree, Masters in Graphics Design and
Masters in Urban Planning. My experience spans in various projects including planning a city,
urban designing, and knowledge about graphic design software.
Why are you passionate?
I am passionate about improving people’s quality of life by designing a functional and
sustainable project. Also, as an urban planner and graphics designer, my goal is to develop
designs that addresses urban issues and develop ideal concepts for city with considerations in
sustainability.
Accomplishments/ Qualifications and skills
During my time as a student, I held a lot of leadership program and seminars. Also, I graduated
as a scholar and maintained my status as an academic achiever throughout my academic
journey.
Additionally, from my previous job, I always take the role of supervising the team when we have
a new architectural project. The performance of the teams that I held is always at the top and
recognized by our Senior Principal and Department Heads.
Well, sadly, as I continue to improve on my previous job, I decided to resign to the company to
seek for new horizons and new opportunities. I have been working passionately with proficiency
and still not receiving any raise for almost 3 years. As I am getting praises and recognitions from
higher ups, I couldn’t find myself happy because I am overworked and too drained, and I only
have a low salary. This decision I did was made after a lot of considerations of my career goals
and aspirations. And after seeing your offer, I already decided to apply because your goals and
missions interests me as it reflects to my own philosophies and ideals.

With that, I look forward to working with your company. Hopefully, we can design cities and
projects that enhances quality life and filled with innovations related to sustainability.
