Scope of Work:

1. Surface Preparation – OD Buffing will be performed in SPIJ.

2. This OD buffing activity is only for buffing using scotch brite.
3. Size of Surface Preparation – OD Buffing is started from size 2 3/8 - 13 5/8 with the detail below:

4. All the PPEs and Consumables are provided by Vendor.
5. Vendor shall provide the warranty if there is damage occurred due to fault on pipes by the
vendor at the time of the process.
6. Vendor shall ensure the activities or task is in safe condition and suitable with acceptance
criteria.
7. Task activity schedule will be referred to the Tenaris requirements based on the pipes condition
and schedule from Supply Chain and Production Tenaris.

General Requirement

1. Vendor shall agree to and comply with the TenarisSPIJ Safety Procedure.
2. Any violation from safety regulation, Tenaris can consider the vendor to dismiss the related
person.
3. Before work, the personnel shall provide list of employees and ensure that the personnel has
been followed the safety induction in Tenaris
4. Vendor shall be certified to ISO 9001 (see Note 1), or Complies with the minimum applicable
QMS requirements as stated in FTD37532 “Supplier Quality Questionnaire”.
5. Vendor shall prepare QCP of OD buffing processes to Tenaris.
6. Vendor shall provide Report verified by Tenaris in daily basis during processes.
7. All of the related matter would be discussed between client/user and vendor.
Acceptance Criteria

1. The acceptance criteria of the process are pipes have no sagging or hard rust in the pipes OD.
2. Pipes shall be inspected by Tenaris employees. If it does not meet the acceptance criteria,
vendor shall repair the pipes until it is passed the acceptance criteria by the Tenaris.
