Z. In pursuancc of thc l{cgulations ibid, as dcci<lcd bythc Oompctcnt Authority at UII)AI,

following categorics of authcntication transactions shall bc cxcmpt from thc datc of notification
of I{cgulations ibid i.c. 14.10.2021:

(A) Authcntication transactions clonc by or on bchalf o{' Ccntral/ Statc (lovcrnment(s) for
rcspcctivc schcmcs notific<l undcr scction 7 of thc Aadhaar Act shall bc excmptcd from
transaction chargcs.
