registration under the GST law:

1. Proof of business premises
- Municipality Tax Bill,
- Electricity Bill,
- Lease/Rent Agreement or Consent Letter.
2. Proof of address of additional place of business/godown, if any, in Gujarat.
3. Bank details (Cancelled cheque containing printed firm’s name).
Proprietor:
4. Copy of PAN
5. Copy of Addhar Card
6. Passport size photograph.
7. Email address and mobile number.
8. Residential address
9. Digital Signature
Authorized Person:
10. Details of authorized person:
i. Authority letter
ii. Passport size photo
iii. PAN Card
iv. Proof of Residence
v. Digital Signature.
Details of Commodities / goods:
11. HSN Code of commodities to be supplied (at least four digit code of HSN)
