Dialogue 1: Making an appointment with Claudia Lars

Esther: me Claudia: she

Esther: Hello Claudia, are you free tomorrow?

Claudia: I´m sorry, I´ll be busy tomorrow

Esther: It´s a shame, I wanted to invite you to go to dinner

tomorrow night

Claudia: It is, are you busy for the next weekend?

Esther: I´m not!

Claudia: Fine, do you want to go to dinner on Saturday

night?

Esther: Sure, it sounds great

Claudia: Ok, let´s meet in China Wok, Plaza Merliot at 7

o´clock

Esther: I´ll be there, Thank you for your kindness!

Dialogue 2: Dr. María Isabel Rodríguez

Patient: Ronald Doctor: Him

Patient: Good morning Dr. María

Doctor: Good morning Ronald. How can l help you?

Patient: Well, I´ve been feeling dizzy and weak and right

now I got a headache.

Doctor: Do you eat a lot of candy?

Patient: Yes, I love it!

Doctor: You should eat less sugar. Do you have any other

symptoms?

Patient: Actually, I wanted to tell that l feel sleepy all the

time.

Doctor: I´m going to take your pulse.

Patient: Perfect.

Doctor: Your pulse is fine.

Doctor: Are you allergic to any medications?

Patient: No, I´m not.

Doctor: So, meanwhile I´m going to prescribe you some

painkillers. Take 1 Tablet for 3 days. You also need to have

a blood test and rest for some days.

Patient: I promise that I will do it

Doctor: Come back with the results and I´II give you a

diagnosis and a treatment.

Patient: Thank you doctor. Have a good day.
