The different between training and certification is, the training is pure to give
knowledge and skill to the participants while certification will have additional subject
that is to test theknowledge and skill the participants has got from the training, and
the result will be record on the certificate. If not pass, the participants only give
certificate without mention the test result.

B. ASSESSMENT AND INSPECTION

1. Assessment dan inspection of SMK3/OHSAS 1 to 3 days depend on the size of the
company.
2. Assessment dan inspection of ISO 9001 1 to 3 days.
3. Assessment on Human Resources 2 days.
4. Assessment of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) 1 to 2 days.

C. SURVEY AND RESEARCH

1. Survey and Research of Empployee Satisfaction 2 days
2. Survey Research of Company Image 2 days.

The conditions to have this free training/consultation are: :

1. Register your company, Person in Charge (PIC), the program you want to take, etc.
We will provide the register form.
2. The training will be conducted at client facility (inhouse training). Client will provide
the room and its facility just like whiteboard, LCD projector and also any materials
need if the practical need (Client can ask to Dunia Saftindo to provide material for
practical if any, but need additional cost). Client also provide meals and snack for the
participants and instructor. And client also provide transportation from Balikpapan
to client site and accommodation for the instructor and one assistant.
3. Maximum participants for training program per class are 20 participants.
4. To print the handouts and print the certificate, client will be charge Rp50.000 per
each of participants.
5. Clients should buy products from P.T. dunia Saftindo Balikpapan. The total amount of
the purchasing will be counted only for 3 (three) months, starting from date of
register.
6. For the free training/consultation program for 1 (one) day, the client should do
purchase or buy minimum of Rp 17.000.000, for 2 (two) days minimum
Rp25.000.000,- , and for 3 (three) days, minimum Rp30.000.000,- (could be
multiplied, as client plan when register – for example, you want to take to kinds of 3
days training, so you should do purchase from P.T. Dunia Saftindo Balikpapan for the
amount of Rp60.000.000,-).
7. This free program (training/certification/consultation) could be scheduled after the
client has paid all the outstanding of payments.
8. After the program done, the client can take other programs by re-registering.

The training certificate: Acknolwledge by Indonesia’s government (Depnaker-PJK3)

The Instructur/Consultant: Chosen instructor/consultant and experience

This program will be launched on October 01, 2010 and will be evaluated every six months.
This program only validate at P.T. Dunia Saftindo Balikpapan.
