Indonesia Driving Institute (I.D.I) submit this proposal for the Defensive &
Safety Driving Training Program for heavy Vehicle ( Two day training), propose
for Min Requirement 12 participants per batch detail is as follows:

Duration of training
The Defensive & Safety Driving Training Program for heavy Vehicle consist of (7
hours) theoretical session and Practical session (7 hours) of practical on
ground ( closed area ) & On road ( public road ). The program will design for
Minimum requirement 12 participants per batch will be handled by 2 (three)
instructors and 2 (two) helpers.Detail is as follows:

Structure Training Program

Theoretical Session
We designed the Defensive & Safety Driving Training for heavy Vehicle systems and
all materials, to meet the riding conditions and situations in Indonesia.

Written test to evaluate their knowledge consists of multiple-choice questions (Road

sign & theory test). This will administered before theory modules was delivered.
- The ROAD SIGN TEST consists of 25 multiple-choice questions.
- The DrivingTHEORY TEST consists of 30 multiple-choice questions
 Practical session – on ground & on road
Practical modules are designed based on our experiences and ours researches, to achieve
the main objectives of our program. In-car Driving (Practical on ground & on road) will be
train and evaluate the participants of Driving attitude, Knowledge/Awareness, Alertness,
Driving Procedures and Driving Skills and Driving Techniques.

Training requirement
Provided by Indonesia Driving Institute
I.D.I will be provided for the Defensive & Safety Driving Training and
Driving Skills Assessment Program for heavy Vehicle (2 days training) is as follows:
Theoretical session ( classroom )
• Laptop Computer and Multi Media Speaker sound
• Defensive Driving Theory presentation ( PPT ) & Handout
• Written test ( Road sign test and Driving Theory test )
• Souvenir ( I.D.I Polo shirt and Pen ) & Placate ( company )
• Classroom or meeting room
• LCD Projector + Screen + Multimedia Speaker Sound
• Coffebreak ( 2 Times and Lunch )
 Provided by Indonesia Driving Institute
Practical session ( on ground assessment )
• Training kit for practical on ground and Traffic cones
• Training equipment: Tents, outdoor chair and table, cool box, First Aid kit
• Coffebreak ( 2 Times and Lunch )
• Closed area for practical

 Evaluation, Reporting and Certification

The evaluation methods of driving depend on their attitude, knowledge, awareness,

alertness , skills are applied to every module. The participants have to understand clearly
about proposed module and willing to improve every mistake they have done. The
calmness, patiently, wisely, kindly and altruistic personality are also an important aspects.
The detail of all aspect is as follows:

The evaluation is based on 3 (three) domains of human behaviors in traffic :

• Cognitive (your thoughts)
• Sensory motor (your physical sensations or actions)

Overall report (Executive Summary)
• Practical evaluation will act as mandatory for all participants
• Practical on ground & on road assessment individual report
• Competency report of individual
• Recommendation for Member & management

International Certification
After the training program, each participant will receive Certificate and ID Card
“Defensive & Safety Driving Training Program for heavy vehicle. Certificate
issued by Indonesia Driving Institute and endorsed by Performance Driving
Australia.
 QUOTATION
Indonesia Driving Institute (IDI) submits this quotation to conduct Defensive &
Safety Driving Training Program (2 day training) for PT Jaya Express Transindo
with minimum requirement 12 participants per batch.The quotation detail is as
follows:
