The description of the Indian articles entailing the Parts of the Indian Constitution is given below:
Article 3 – Formation of new states and alteration of areas, boundaries, and name of existing states.

Initially, the Constitution of India provided 7 basic fundamental rights, now there are only 6. The Right to property U/A 31 was removed from the list

and included in Part XII of the constitution.
Article 15 – Prohibition of discrimination on the grounds of religion, race, caste, sex, or place of birth.

1. As per Article 30, all minorities, whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational
institutions of their choice. The State shall not, in granting aid to educational institutions, discriminate against any educational institution on
