While telling you that your monitoring activities in the branch (Minna2) is very
poor you raised your voice at me and told me that I was getting you angry and
that you cannot kill yourself, even when I went with your CSO to collect money
from a defaulting client you said that I am suppose to take permission from you
before going anywhere with your staff.

Explain before the close of today’s business why you should not be sanctioned for
your insubordination.

Note: If there is any increase in overdue and BOD in your branch management will
not hesitate to step you aside while your most active CSO will take over your
branch.
