KRA 1
LITERACY MAPPING/ADVOCACY AND SOCIAL MOBILIZATION
1. Assist in the development of advocacy materials. Coordinate the conduct of
community literacy mapping.

ALS Teachers mapped their learners in the far flung areas in their respective district. They have
different strategies of mapping their learners, some of them are posting in their social media account
to inform the public about the ALS program and the others are giving flyers.
2. Consolidate, analyze and submit the result of ALS Form 1 pertinent to the
formulation of standards and policy recommendations within the target date.
KRA 2
ASSESSMENT
1. Assist in establishing the literary level, and in assessing the progress of ALS
learners using ABL or FLT tool

The learners was assessed by giving them a specific topic to write a


paragraph in English and Filipino, they were also interviewed based on the
given reading selection to measure their level of literacy.
2. Monitor the conduct of assessment & evaluation of ALS learners’ literacy
level and progress portfolio in the assigned CD.

Giving technical assistance on issues and concern of ALS learners progress in


literacy and other matters

KRA 3
INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISION
1. Assist in the review of the Individual Performance Commitment and Rating
Form (IPCRF) of learning facilitators (DepEd-delivered limited to Mobile
Teachers (MT) and full-time District ALS Coordinators
(DALSC).
2. Provide technical assistance to ALS Learning Facilitators (LF) thru:
* observation of classes
* organization and supervision of programs and projects

One of the implemented program of ALS is inclusive education for adult


learners ,they are the Muslim Learners, Learners with Special Needs, an Adult
Indigenous Peoples who are enrolled in ALS.

IP learners attending their regular session in Carranglan District

Training of ALS Teachers on different aspects of adult teaching, building partnership, and other level of
professional capability in teaching.
The ALS teacher is conducting Bible study before the session.
They have orientation program before they begin the training for short term
course.

3. Assist ALS Facilitators in the improvement of teaching-learning delivery/
other ALS Program.

KRA 4
MONITORING and EVALUATION
1. Conduct monitoring and evaluation on LIS
enrolment on the demographic data of ALS
learners in all deliveries (DepEd-delivered or
DepEd-procured) by learning facilitators.
2. Consolidate Division data on LIS on quarterly
basis for submission to CO and RO
3. Conduct monitoring and evaluation using the
ALS M&E Form
