“Judge” Amy Panchumarti welcomes you into her

courtroom at the April 10 MCRTA meeting. Can you
Match the Verdict?
The MCRTA players present their second interactive performance as
defendants in real life court cases. Program chair MARILYN BUCKLOH
and President LIZ LAPOSSY-KLOCEK offer you a chance to BE THE
JUDGE, or at least give your opinion. (Who asks for your opinion
anymore?!)

Drawn from actual court cases, we stage our versions of them for
Judge Amy (and YOU) to decide on guilt, innocence, or throw it out.

As teachers, we were always doing a bit of acting, so it is fun to

sharpen our skills and share them with you!

Please bring a friend or two or three to enjoy a lovely buffet, time with
old friends, and the opportunity to be “judgy” along with us!
From Scholarship Chair (and Judge!) Amy Panchumarti:
Our $2,000 scholarship is open and we are receiving applications. MCRTA will be
awarding one lucky eligible student the $2,000. Our four criteria are:

Travels With Frank –A Birthday Bash!

TRAVELS WITH FRANK

June is Beth and Frank's Birthday month! (Would you believe Frank will be 85?!) and we won't
mention Beth's age…. We will celebrate with coffee and donuts at Buehler’s Community Room
at 8:00 a.m. The bus will depart at 8:45.

With birthdays come flowers, and we will see a lot of them at our first stop at
the Cleveland Botanical Garden!

Next, you will need music and lunch (on your own) at Margaritaville in the Cleveland Flats
Entertainment District. They will surely be playing some of the late Jimmy Buffet's hit
music!

Our final stop will be the Rock Hall of Fame, where you will get to check out the history and
music of all the favorite stars of your youth. Did someone say Dolly Parton, who was just
inducted this year?!

It will be a fun day you won't want to miss, so invite a friend and be ready to hop aboard!
