Refine Centrifuge

Quick Maintenance Guide

1 Introduction
Refine Centrifuges are automatic batch type Centrifuges which separates fine
sugar crystals and molasses. This molasses is reused for making more refine Massecuites. Fine
crystals (Sugar) is dropped into hopper which shift it to sugar dryers.

This cutting-edge equipment represents a significant leap forward in sugar crystal separation and
drying, offering unprecedented control, precision, and reliability throughout the centrifugal
process.

Sugar centrifugation has been a crucial step in the sugar production chain, where the separation of
sugar crystals from the molasses is paramount. The advent of fully automatic batch type centrifugal
machines marks a departure from manual or semi-automatic methods, introducing a seamless and
streamlined approach to sugar centrifugation. This transformative technology not only addresses
the challenges associated with labor-intensive processes but also brings forth a new era of
operational efficiency in sugar mills.
