- Shape smart solution arranged according to the concept of open
office. Open office is a place where the staff and equipment of all the departments
are accommodated in a singer room. Each department or section or division of the
office is allotted a specific space under the same roof.
- Shape company don’t choose a class division like other normal
companies, because it is not a big enough company, so there has a problem. The
problem is that the company’s budget has to go up because each level, will respond
to each salary that the market offers to recruit, so limit the levels is easier for
people to work together so as not to be decentralized. It will save more time in the
management step

Features of Open Office

Private working rooms, closed rooms are only used for departments that need
professionalism, meticulousness, concentration or high security.
+ Eliminate, minimize walls, partitions, doors: to create a larger, more
open space
+ Staff easily see each other: Employees can see each other, know

+ The common space occupies a large area: There is little private
