NOTE: You're kindly requested to ensure :
1/ Moving cargoes from ICDs, Tan Cang to CAT LAI PORT are under the cargo owner's cost and risks
2/ We will load your container on board vessel basing on this "BOOKING CONFIRMATION"
3/ Checking this "Booking Confirmation" before presenting it to our empty container releasing section.
4/ Checking carefully the empty container prior to pick up.
5/ Declaring in details when booking DANGEROUS CARGO.
6/ Completing customs clearance and registering in the loading list at the port before the closing time.
7/ The free time for container as below:
- Dry container (excepting USA cargo): 7 days at warehouse and 3 days at terminal.
- Dry container destined for USA: 7 working days at warehouse and 7 working days at terminal.
- Reefer container: 3 days at warehouse and 3 days at terminal.
- Free power supply at container yard: 36hours upon the closing time
8/ Maximum cargo weight is 21 Tons/ 20', 26 Tons/ 40' excepting the following:
- Korea: 17.5 Tons/ 20', 22 Tons/ 40'
- USA (US West Coast): 16.65 Tons/ 20', 20 Tons/ 40', 19 Tons/ 45'
9/ SOC container with prefix FMCU, TDIU, HDXU, IRSU, BANU, FURU, ALXU, XBIU, SBAU, AGIU, KGNU, PESU, XANU
are prohibited to accept.
10/ Reefer interiors and metal surfaces are susceptible to corrosion/ oxidation from improper cleaning processes (including
disinfectants and fumigation)

From now on, if the declaration and shipping forms and documents enclosed are not true and not accurate, WHL has the rights to
immediately stop or suspend the delivery of the cargoes or terminate the contract of delivery of the cargoes at any time during the
carriage.

Your esteemed company (also including the shipper, the notifying party and the consignee) shall assume and bear any expenses and
fees incurred and all liabilities of damages and losses, costs,including but not limited to, fines, forfeits, penalties, attorney fees,
litigation costs, and, in addition, shall pay the punitive damages of USD30,000 per container for Hazardous Cargoes which
declarations are intentional concealment, omission or misstatement, and USD20,000 per container for Non-hazardous cargoes which
declarations are intentional concealment, omission or misstatement.
