WELA School Systems is the system provider of Masters TEchnological Institute of Mindanao (MTIM), and
we are writing this letter as support to the request for reconsideration made by MTIM regarding their
enrollment report which was submitted last March 11, 2021.

There has been a technical error as to the said subject, wherein the student was able to add the OJT on
his own, which will not reflect to the Registrar’s side thus not included in the generated report as all the
students’ ledgers were already submitted and approved prior to the adding of OJT. We take responsibility
on the said matter and will make sure that no technical error will exist again.

Attached to this letter is the request of MTIM and including the updated Enrollment Promotional Report for
your perusal. We are hoping for your good office to reconsider the said matter.
