NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of 3 July 2023 (“Effective Date”) is made by and between
vivo Mobile Communication Co. Ltd., incorporated under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, having its principal
place of business at [No.1, vivo Road, Chang'an, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China] (“vivo”), and Android Central, a
Future company, incorporated under the laws of the United States, having its principal place of business at Full 7th Floor, 130
West 42nd, Street, New York, NY (“Company”).

In consideration that Android Central will be presented with unreleased trade information and/or will enter certain discussions
with respect to the vivo V29 series Product Launch, and to protect respective information exchanged in such instances from
disclosure, notwithstanding confidential agreement already signed between the parties, Android Central agrees:

1. To not disclose, discuss or use, both during and after the V29 pre-briefing event, any of the current or future
confidential knowledge, business data, or other proprietary information of vivo, which includes, without limitation, any
financial information, marketing plans, business strategies, plans, and prospect and customer lists, research, development,
know-how, computer software, models, designs, source code, techniques, systems, processes, works of authorship, projects,
plans, prototypes, computer programs, formulas, ideas, patents, hardware configuration, phone model, phone sample,
techniques, improvements, proposals and flow charts.

For purpose of this Agreement, any mobile phone or any parts, parameters, packages, designs, price, cost, marketing materials,
documents, function, software, etc. which is developed and/or provided by vivo which have not been officially made public by
vivo shall be vivo’s Confidential Information.

2. To consult with vivo concerning any questions that they may have as to what comprises such Confidential
Information.

3. To observe the following disclosure prohibition details


i. General disclosure prohibition for teaser content (i.e. product launch announcement and product specs reveal)
remains in force until 31 July 2023. Android Central shall not publish any unboxing, first impression-related
content or any phone review until this is lifted.

ii. Android Central shall only be allowed to publish all V29 content freely after the embargo is lifted on 14 August
2023.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties by their duly authorized representatives have executed this Agreement as of the
Effective Date.
