d. In the most simplified format, please explain how will you deliver and execute a 3,600 sqms design & build project within 90 days from receipt of NTP
From the time an NTP is issued, we shall acknowledge this as confirmation and approval of the proposed design and cost for your project.
We will secure a signature/approval from you, the client, on relevant documents such as drawings/blueprints, specifications (finishes, fixtures, equipment), furniture
mock-ups, to ensure that what you have approved is what will be installed. We will then submit the drawings to the Landlord and City Engr for review.
Simultaneously, we will proceed with procuring long-lead items e.g. workstations, carpet, a/c, IT equipment, etc. to ensure they are delivered and installed within the 90
day period.
We shall coordinate with the Bldg Admin/Landlord and request if an OR from the City Engr's Office - which is proof that we have applied for the building permit and it
is in process - may be sufficient to commence and expedite construction to meet the deadline. In this regard, we, DB&B shall issue a waiver to indicate that we shall
shoulder any penalties that may be imposed by the Engr's office so as not to inconvenience either Client or Building Admin.
Once Landlord has handed over the site, we shall mobilize and commence construction.
We also have a separate team of workers ready in the event of Covid-19 infection to avoid possible delays in the project.
Also for contingency purposes, we shall provide service units for items in case of delays in shipment. This ensures that your office will be substantially completed on
the agreed date. Once the actual items are onsite, we will proceed with installing them on weekeds so as not to disrupt your office operations.
Prior to completion, DB&B shall conduct testing and commissioning, cleanup, and defects rectification.
A walkthru with the client will commence to see if there are further punchlists necessary.
The project is handed over to and accepted by the Client.
