The SOP or the Statement of the Problem in our study aims to determine the time management
and academic performance of senior high school athlete’s students. And it seeks to answer
these questions that we are formulated by thorough discussion.

First! How do Senior High School athlete students allocate their time between sport and
academic activities? Knowing that the life of a student athlete is a hectic one. From navigating
classes, practice, weight training, visits to the athletic trainer’s office, and a social life, they are
often left with more activities than time in the day.

Second! What time management strategies do Senior High School athlete students employ to
balance their athletic and academic commitments? The team wanted to know if there are or
what are the strategies they do that technically these students are involved in sports activities
while synchronizing academic performance.

And the last! Statistically, is there a significant relationship between effective time management
and academic performance among Senior High School athlete students?

Those three aforementioned are our Statement of the Problem and it will be conceptualize by
the two variables: the independent and dependent variables. As we can see in the conceptual
framework showing the direct relation if independence variables towards dependent variables.
Which are the independent variables are the time management of an athlete’s student while the
dependent variables is the academic performance of an athlete’s students in senior high school.
