Storage of Modules
The battery modules must be temporarily stored until
the frame is permanently installed. To preserve bat-
tery life, always store batteries in a cool, dry place.
Note: Installing battery modules in a SymmetraTM that
is not powered will discharge the batteries and could
damage them permanently. Do not install battery
modules into the SymmetraTM frame until the system
is connected to input power.

Site Preparation:
q 1. Determined where the SymmetraTM Power Array will be installed.
q 2. Floor is structurally sound to support a fully loaded SymmetraTM frame and additional XR frames.
(See table - page 3.)
q 3. Installation site meets minimum environmental requirements.
q 4. Installation site cooling system can support the additional heat output of the SymmetraTM.
Electrical Preparation:
q 1. Required input voltage is available.
q 2. Determined all output wiring configurations to be installed.
q 3. Scheduled an electrician to install the SymmetraTM Power Array.
q 4. Delivered a copy of this document to the electrician. (Important.)
q 5. Made electrician aware of the electrician’s checklist in chapter 4 of the User’s Manual.
