Job Vacancy: E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a primary focus on expanding
sales across various platforms and diversifying product categories through strategic business
partnerships and B2B initiatives.

Responsibilities:-

 Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, keeping abreast of industry trends and
competitor activities.
 Explore B2B opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and establish mutually beneficial
collaborations with key partners.
 Actively seek and evaluate potential business development opportunities to expand our market
presence.
 Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for expanding product
categories.
 Multichannel Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically
tailored for our website and different platforms.

 Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
 Utilize analytics tools ( SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media )to track and analyze website
traffic, sales, and user behavior.

 Enhance the online shopping experience to improve customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to
reduce cart abandonment and improve conversion rates.
 Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely. Reviewing copy
and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
 Oversee and manage all aspects of the online store, including inventory management, product
listings, order fulfillment, and warranty processes.
 Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
 Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall e-commerce
performance.
 Prepare regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing
corrective measures.

E-Commerce Manager Requirements:-

 Proven experience in e-commerce sales and business development roles, with a minimum of 5
years of relevant experience.
 Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar. Sound knowledge
of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
 Extensive background in leading online sales and marketing initiatives, showcasing expertise in
the GCC region's e-commerce platforms and direct website sales.
 Demonstrated proficiency in understanding the dynamics of the GCC online marketplace and
implementing best practices.
 Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets on e-commerce platforms.
 Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
 Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
 Proactive and results-oriented approach.
