SIMPLE FUTURE TENSE


The simple future is a verb tense that's used to talk about things that haven't happened yet. This
year, Jen will read War and Peace. It will be hard, but she's determined to do it. Use the simple
future to talk about an action or condition that will begin and end in the future.
Examples:
He will call me tomorrow

He will close the shop


It will snow tomorrow
They will go to the school
He will help you tomorrow

PRESENT PROGRESSIVE TENSE


The present progressive is used to describe an activity currently in progress. For example, "I am
reading right now."
Examples:
It is raining outside
She is sleeping
They are eating.
He is teaching
The dogs are barking.

DESCRIPTIVE ADJECTIVES

provides information about one quality or part of a noun

Examples:
My beautiful friend moved to Kansas. (Beautiful describes the friend's appearance)
My brilliant friend moved to Kansas. (Brilliant describes the friend's intelligence) .
My hilarious friend moved to Kansas. (Hilarious describes the friend's sense of humor)
The tall girl walked over to me.
A weird stranger approached my sister.
