GAME NO.2

...Imagine the last time you visited your doctor's
office or the hospital.
Draw a table, with one side Positive and the other
Negative. Describe your experiences in each box.
Typical responses may be "The waiting time was too
long", "Receptionist was rude", etc.
Go across the room and find the most common
complaints/positive comments.
GAME NO.2

Compile 3 of each.
Decide how you would improve if you were the manager
of that facility based on the negative feedback received,
and how would you keep maintaining the situation for
positive comments.
GAME NO.2
Now, apply this to your own business

How many of those comments (good or bad) would you

apply to your own customer service?

The task is to personalize the situation according to your own

business.
GAME NO.3

You can use this game in children

Training
A descriptive task that would be useful for learning
things with characteristics... e.g Geography.
Use a story each to describe the differences
between a desert, tundra, arctic plain, tropical
forest, etc.
You can use a character e.g. a lizard or bird.
"This is my home and that's why I love it."
You can use Costumes of the animals to
help them to act the character
Then get the children to storyboard a story where
the character of each habitat finds themselves in
a different habitat

e.g. the tropical bird finds itself now in the tundra

What does the tundra lizard tell the tropical bird
about its new surroundings?
thank you ...

and waiting for you all in the upcoming round of

the Course
The Hook ..
