Geachte UPS klant,

Het spijt ons te horen dat uw zending nog niet is geleverd. Wij hebben dit meteen nagekeken in ons systeem, maar helaas kunnen wij de
zending niet vinden. Zodoende zullen we een onderzoek moeten starten.

Om dit onderzoek te kunnen starten vragen wij u eerst een claim in te laten dienen door de verzender op onze website: https://www.ups.com/
nl/nl/help-center/claims-support.page?

Het onderzoek kan maximaal 8 werkdagen duren. Houd er rekening mee dat vanwege gegevensbeschermingswetten en het contract dat door
de verzender is overeengekomen, de resultaten van een claim bij UPS alleen worden meegedeeld aan de geregistreerde verzender.

Een ontvanger of derde partij ontvangt geen resultaten of details over de claim zelf, tenzij de verzender contact opneemt met UPS en ermee
instemt de uitkomst van de claim te delen. Zodra de claim is ingediend, zal het onderzoek automatisch gestart worden.
