● Independent countries made way for stability and peace within the people inside a nation
but paved the way for greater wars

● Meron itong tatlong kondisyon

● Pangalawa walang pakialamanan kung ano man ang nangyayari sa loob ng

● Pangatlo free will of the government, kung ano ang gustong batas na ipatupad sa
bansa namin go lang.

para tapusin ang thirty years of war, while sa concert of europe is to maintain
stability and prevent large-scale conflicts in Europe

● Colonization mainly happened because of the thirst for economic power, national pride,
and glory

● Fell on the hands of britain, na force sila magtrade ng opium. This sparked the opium
WAR
● China called this century as the “Century Of Humiliation”,because they face unequal
treatment with the western powers, granted control over Chinese territories.
● Because of these events it influenced how China sees the world today and continues to
strive for dominance
● The Communist Party was established and justified that an internal conflict in China
invites international aggression and that a solidified government was needed to keep
China together

● Unlike now Japan wasn’t as economically advance before, so forcefully pumasok ang
US sa japan para makipag cooperate ng trade dahil malakas ang influence ng US
● Si Emperor meiji ni restore niya ang Japan glory kung saan nagkaroon ng modern
bureaucratic government at nagbuild sila ng modern military
● Tapos dahil doon nakapag colonize sila ng ibang countries like korea, taiwan and china
● They also defeated russia in 1904 to 1905 which marked the first time that an asian
country defeated a european country.

● Sa time na ito britain was still the powerhouse but overpowered by the germany
● France never recovered economically from the battle against prussia
● The exact reason why World War I started is debatable, but can be understood as an
interplay between these inclining and declining countries
