1- Tank approved by Gas Local Authority.

2- The first filling will be under Unigaz responsibility but with charge.

Exclusions:
The Developer should provide the following:

- Provide electric box at gas detector location beside every gas box.
- Apply concrete layer on all underground or embedded gas pipes
- Execute all kind of civil works, like but not limited to excavation for underground pipes, demolition, removing
plastering ,pouring concrete, executing Manholes and trenches...
- Electrical power supply for gas detection system & vaporizers
- Scaffold and crane as required

- Installation of Fire fighting system (If Needed)

Delivery:To meet execution schedule

Warranty: The system will be under warranty from any defect for one year from the delivery date

- Any change in the quantities will be considered as a variation and reflected on the total price. The pipes will be re-measured after
installation and any variation will be added / subtracted to the total invoice.
