1. INSTRUCTION FOR THE INFOGRAPHIC DESIGNER


 Style and Tone: Digital but human style, forward-thinking and personalized, reflecting the
fusion of human insight with AI technology. Utilize a color palette that suggests innovation
and personalization, to symbolize the blend of technology and individuality. Incorporate
imagery representing traditional therapy/coaching sessions and digital technology. Green and
Blue
 Ensure visual and thematic cohesion throughout the infographic, creating a clear, engaging
narrative about the SMART² model's application in therapeutic and coaching practices.
 Use clear, concise language and visuals to make the model's concepts accessible and engaging
for therapists and coaches.
 Incorporate diagrams, flowcharts, and bullet points to effectively communicate the model's
structure and benefits, highlighting the innovative integration of AI in personal development.
 All text to be used in the infographic is put in bold here below. The rest are just instructions
for you.

icons or symbols. Visuals and icons should communicate the model's comprehensive approach
(Situation, Specific, Measurable, etc.), highlighting how each part is essential for creating a
foundation for personalized content.

 Situation: Identify your client's current state for a tailored starting point
 Specific: Help set clear, tangible goals for your clients
 Measurable: Establish markers of progress that resonate personally with your client
 Mindset: Encourage the cultivation of a positive and growth-oriented mindset
 Acceptable: Guide your clients in transforming and leveraging their beliefs and strengths
 Actionable: Identify necessary steps your clients can take towards their goals
 Routines: Assist in developing new, beneficial routines and shedding unhelpful habits
 Rewards: Incorporate motivational rewards into your client's growth plan
 Temporary Target: Set short-term goals for ongoing engagement and motivation
 Timeline: Define a realistic timeline for achieving long-term goals

generated personalized content with a focus on therapist and coach application.
 Include a special icon or visual for the integration step, portraying the seamless fusion of
traditional insights with AI customization.

Block 4: Using SMART² for an Integrated E² Approach

 This is related to step 2. “INPUT THROUGH SMART²”: So please refer to that step 2. Since we have
2 types of audio sessions the input in step 2 is different.
 Please visually differentiate exploratory vs. empowerment type of sessions. Use icons for this:
 For Exploratory sessions: icon of question mark, a loop, ideation, light bulb…
 For Empowerment sessions: an arrow, a goal, ….
