    provided.
    Present : Ms. Nitika Bakshi, Ld. Counsel for Plaintiff
    (through VC).
    Sh Anil Kumar, Ld. Proxy Counsel for
    Defendant.

    Ld. Proxy Counsel for Defendant submits


    that he could not speak to the Defendant before
    today’s date and is also not aware as to whether the
    Defendant will adhere to the mediation settlement or
    not. In this regard, Defendant is directed to remain
    present on the next date of hearing. Further, as
    adjournment has occasioned on account of absence of
    Defendant, cost of Rs. 5,000/- is imposed upon the
    Defendant to be deposited DLSA, North. Cost Deposit
    Receipt shall be deposited on the next date of hearing.
    Put up on 25/04/2024.
